Weaverville family dentist Dr. Gregory A. Godley grew up in Naples, Florida where his father Dr. Gary Godley worked as a dentist.

Aware of his desire to help people, he was certain of his calling as a dentist; a calling also heard by his brother Dr. Lance Godley.

Dr. Godley earned his undergraduate degree in microbiology from the University of Florida. From there, he was accepted into the UF College of Dentistry, where he graduated in 2001 with his doctorate in dental medicine.

His early experience was gained working at his father’s dental practice in his hometown of Naples. After five years of working with his father, Dr. Godley found himself at a crossroad in his life and ready for a change.

He moved to North Carolina in 2006 and after working at a public health clinic in Hendersonville for a little more than a year, he opened his private practice in 2008.

When not working, Dr. Godley enjoys playing tennis, soccer, reading and spending time with his wife Denise and their four children.
